In stock items ship out in 2-3 business days (please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping depending on method selected -- Express Shipping available).
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (UPS Ground - continental USA).
In stock items ship in 1-2 business days. For out of stock items an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
Shipping charges (continental USA) are as follows:
$ 0.00 - $ 29.99 S&H = $ 10.00
$ 30.00 - $ 74.99 S&H = $ 7.50
$ 75.00 - and Up S&H = FREE

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please include your return authorization number (RA#) when making a return.(1)
To obtain a return authorization please email sales@TheClockCollection.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return.(2)

(1) To receive a refund items must be unopened with original packaging and a valid return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refunded. 50% restocking fee applies to engraved items. Engraving fees are not refunded.
(2) Packages must be sent at the shipper's expense.
